Those who make a reservation through our website or call center are deemed to have accepted the general conditions and rules.
 
You can pay the transfer fee to our driver in the currency you have chosen as cash payment on arrival.
 
We undertake to provide the transfer service with the prices in each confirmed reservation form.
 
The process of purchasing the service made on our website is finalized with a confirmation e-mail sent by our company.
 
It does not accept any liability for not forwarding, late or incomplete e-mails originating from the internet environment.
 
In such a case, please contact us by phone.
 
Changes that may occur in the transfer time, location or flight times should be communicated to us by e-mail or phone.
 
Regardless of the time, no extra fee will be charged for landing of aircraft with delay.
 
If the pet is to be transported, it must be carried in the cage of the pets.
 
You have to be at the airport 1 hour before your domestic flights and 2 hours before your international flights.
 
In accordance with the laws, tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol are not allowed in our vehicles.
 
Baby seats will not be available in our vehicles unless specified at the time of reservation. (Baby seat will be provided as free delivery).
 
In line with the laws and our company policy, the child or baby seats in the vehicle must be connected by our guests. Otherwise, no responsibility will be accepted. Our drivers will give you technical verbal support.
 
Vehicle selection should be made according to the number of people. Passengers other than the capacity of the selected vehicle will not be transported in accordance with the law. In the calculation of the number of passengers, the total number of children or babies must be included. The fuses in our vehicles are made according to the capacity of the vehicles.
 
If the vehicle you have chosen cannot come for any reason, it may be possible for you to come to the same category or a higher category.
 
You must fill in your information completely and completely in the reservation form.
 
Please check that you have entered your phone and email address completely and correctly. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered.
 
Our transfer prices are valid for per vehicle, not per person.
 
While placing your luggage on our vehicles, please check that the number is complete and complete. Our staff will always assist you in the transport of your luggage. Baggage above the vehicle baggage capacity specified on our website will not be accepted into the vehicles.
 
Wheelchairs, bicycles, electric bicycles, surfboards, skis and golf bags not notified at the time of booking will not be accepted.
 
At the airports, you are made by our welcome team or driver at the exit gate with a sign with your welcome name written in your reservation.
 
The prices stated on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking and highway fees.
